HomesItalia Holidays is an offspring of HomesItalia Ltd. established in 2008. After many request from both home owners and prospective buyers in Italy we decided to open up a separate agency manned by accommodation specialists, concentrating just on holiday rentals, in Italy.

Whether you are coming to Italy to look at properties to buy or just to relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere, we can offer you a variety of handpicked properties at reasonable prices. Our properties range from villas with swimming pools in the heart of the Italian countryside to town apartments.

If you book a property through us we can organize a variety of activities, from painting to cooking through to horse riding, sailing and golf. If you don't want to cook and would like to dine at home, we can also arrange a personal chef for your whole stay or just for the occasional meal, whichever you prefer. We can plan local sightseeing trips for you including visits to vineyards, olive presses and terracotta factories and of course, trips to Rome and Florence
