This large country house, located in the hills between Lake Chiusi and Lake Trasimeno is an ideal property for a large family or a group of friends that which to spend their holidays together in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

This property is particular suitable for people with restricted mobility. The main house has a lift to the first and second floors. On every floor there is a bathroom suitable for people with restricted mobility. The swimming pool has a ramp with rails. The main building and the annex are joined on the first floor.

Ground floor: Large living / dining room with fireplace, access to the garden and to the lift which takes you up to the first and second floors. Kitchen with small fireplace and wood burning oven. Bathroom

First floor: a double bedroom and bathroom suitable for people with restricted mobility, 2 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a further double room and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub.

Second floor: Living room / study with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom suitable for people with restricted mobility, a double room with sofa bed and en-suite bathroom and a balcony with incredible views over the valley. A bathroom with shower.

Annex:
Ground floor: large living / dining room with fireplace and access to the garden. Large kitchen with access to the garden, bathroom.
First floor: a double bedroom with fireplace and views over the valley, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub, a large double bedroom with a single bed, suitable for a child.

The first and second floor bedrooms have individual air conditioning units. Cot available on request.

On arrival guest are obliged to give a deposit ( Euro 500,00), which will be returned at the end of the stay minus the cost for any damage incurred.

Tuscany is located in central Italy and it is famous for both its beautiful and varied landscape and artistic heritage. Chiusi is an ancient city that was first known in the Etruscan times and the Etruscan Museum of Chiusi is one of the most important repositories of Etruscan remains in Italy.

Chiusi lake is, at its deepest, just five meters. It is connected to the Montepulciano Lake by the Passo alla Querce Canal. This body of water represents, along with Montepulciano Lake, the remains of the marshlands that once covered the bottom of the Valdichiana.

The lake has an environmental importance to the area because of its wide variety of fish and plant life and its strategic location for birds during their Spring and Autumn migrations. A true paradise for bird watchers. In recent years many sporting activities have been established at the lake: canoeing, wind surfing and sport fishing. Of historical interest at the southern end of the lake are two towers one was built by the Siennese in the XV century to challenge the armed forces of Perugia who in turn constructed their own tower. Even today the two towers indicate the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
